Product Overview

Polyester Resin Impregnated Glass Banding Tape With Excellent Mechanical Performance

This product is woven from high-strength alkali-free fiberglass yarns and pre-impregnated with a special polyester resin. It combines the high tensile strength of glass fiber with the excellent dielectric properties and weather resistance of polyester resin. Designed specifically for end winding banding and fixation of motors, transformers, and reactors, it provides reliable rigid support and insulation protection.

  • High Mechanical Strength: Extremely high tensile strength with uniform thermal shrinkage, effectively resisting strong centrifugal and electromagnetic forces during motor start-up and operation.
  • Excellent Insulation & Thermal Resistance: The polyester resin system provides stable dielectric strength with chemical and moisture resistance.
  • Easy Handling & Good Formability: Possesses initial tack and flexibility for easy manual or automatic winding; cures into a hard, tight, and non-loosening band after heat treatment.
